We are João Balseiro Lopes and Nuno Vieira. The real estate sector has always been present in our conversations since we met in Mozambique in 2011. UP Real Estate, founded in 2023, is the realization of a dream. We are an engineer and a business manager who have lived in several countries and worked in different sectors. In addition to the knowledge we have acquired as a result of the real estate deals we have made throughout our lives, which has allowed us to establish a network of contacts and know-how that includes consultants, mediators, developers, lawyers, tax experts, etc., more recently we have invested in academic training, namely ISCTE's Advanced Program in Real Estate Investments and IPAM's Advanced Real Estate Sales Management Program.
